    We provide you with our PRIVATE AND FREE PARKING in front of the annex building, the Chalet (4).

    You can also park your car behind the Château de Pourtalès (3).

    Strasbourg being a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1988, access and parking of tourist coaches is subject to special regulations.

How to get to the city centre?

To get to Strasbourg city centre from the Château de Pourtalès, you have the choice between:

  • take the CTS (Compagnie des Transports Strasbourgeois) public transport network
  • use your personal vehicle
  • adopt the bike - personal or rental
  • combine these different modes of travel by favoring the use of Relais-Tram (P + R) car parks

The public transport network is very developed in Strasbourg, and the efficiency of the tram no longer needs to be demonstrated.


With more than 600 km of cycle routes, Strasbourg offers the leading bicycle network in France. To play sports, for leisure or to go shopping, in Strasbourg, the city is experienced by bike.


The Parking Relais-Tram Robertsau Boecklin, located at 2, Allée René Cassin, is the closest P + R parking to the Château de Pourtalès, where you can park your personal vehicle.

  • Reception - Access to the Hotel - Departure

    Opening hours of the reception:

    Montay to friday : 7:00 am to 10:00 pm / Weekend and public holidays : 7:30 am to 10 pm.


    Check-in : From 3 pm.


    As the hotel reception is not open 24 hours a day, all doors are secured by an access code that we will give you on arrival.


    Departure: Please leave your room by 11 am at the latest.

  • Parking at the Château

    Our car parks are free and made available to you free of charge. Feel free to unload your luggage at the front of the castle, and then park your car near the building in which your room is located. For more information, you can consult the hotel map.

  • Breakfast - Catering

    Breakfast is at the rate of 16.00 euros and takes place in our breakfast room (in the main building of the Château), from 7:00 to 10:00 am from monday to friday, 7:30 to 10:30 am on saturday, 8:00 to 11:00 am on sunday and public holiday.


    Restaurants: Several restaurants can be found in the Robertsau district, a few minutes from the Château. Please see our "Restaurants nearby" page

  • Internet - Taxi reservation

    The Château de Pourtalès provides free Internet access via WiFi in all the buildings. The access code is given at reception. Please note that the user will be liable to penalties in the event of illegal downloads (music, films, etc.).

  • Charging your Electric Car

    You can charge your electric car thanks to our charging stations.


    We propose you the recharge at a unique rate :  20€.

  • Pets in hotel

    Pets are welcome in our hotel with extra charge of 10.00 Euro / day / pet.
