Spend a convivial time enjoying an authentic Alsatian evening in a picturesque setting. In a winstub, a brasserie, a wine cellar, a country inn, a fortified castle or one of the best traditional or starred restaurants in our region. This will give you the opportunity to enjoy delicious wines and home-made dishes from grandmother's time.

We invite you on a culinary discovery walk through Alsatian cuisine with crispy tarte flambée, original Alsatian sauerkraut, a spicy Baeckeoffe, the finest goose liver pâté, savoury or sweet Kougelhoupf. Matching wine (Riesling, Gewurztraminer...) or a traditionally brewed beer should not be missing.

On request, we can offer Alsatian music, folklore and customs or even a wine or beer tasting as entertainment.
